i've never been to me...

haha omg man.

haha everyday ...

there'll be so many customers screaming at you as though you've owed them something when it's the fact that you're only the middle man between them and the company. hahaha

there'll be so many customers making ridiculous demands and expecting you to accede to their request as if you're the boss who can call the shots man.

haha and of course, there will be some nice customers around too. :)

but having one nasty call out of all the calls you're picking, can really spoil your day.

sure, we're told not to take all these things to our hearts man. but how can we ignore it when we are human beings in the first place and being humans, we do have feelings right? :)

so next time, when you want to yell at someone, think twice. how will you actually feel if someone do the same to you?

all we're asking for is just a little bit of understanding from you. :)
